The site was $48 ish per night. Simillar to Ont Parks, but with elec water and sewer.
It was a nice size, a decent distance from the neighbours and no extension cords required. Gravel to park on, with decent grass and a fire pit and a picnic table.
Washrooms were ok, showeres cost 25cents, and one tenting friend said a nice shower could be had for 50cents. I dont really have a problem with pay showers, especially at 25cents. Keeps the crowds down a bit and helps keep showers a bit shorter!
The lake is very nice. There are canoe rentals.
This park is very scenic and has been used in a few movies. Actually last year we were there when the "Camp Rock 2 " was being filmed there. We had to be out of certain areas when the Hollywood types were doing their thing.
We would go back to this park, and actually plan on visiting a few others in the GRCA next year.
My 2 cents
Andrew
